Manuel Omo
Program Manager  
President Lopez Engineering, Inc.

Mr. Omo is a highly experienced and accomplished engineering professional with a diverse background in various disciplines of engineering. With an extensive track record in both private and government sectors, Mr. Omo brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his roles as President of Lopez Engineering and Vice President of Applied Engineering Services (AES) since 2007. With over 15 years of experience in managing government engineering projects, Mr. Omo has served as a project manager and lead designer at prestigious institutions such as Edwards Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) and Idaho National Lab (INL).  Mr. Omo possesses extensive proficiency in CAD applications and other design tools, including FEA (Finite Element Analysis) modules. His expertise in these advanced design technologies allows him to create innovative and efficient solutions for complex engineering challenges, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

Doug Majewski, AIA, NCARB 
Assistant Program Manager /
Architect

Mr. Majewski studied architecture at the University of Illinois In Champaign-Urbana where he graduated with highest honors.  He completed his graduate architectural education at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he was a fellowship recipient.  He has practiced architecture in Chicago, St. Louis and Southern California before arriving in Albuquerque in 1996.  Doug co–founded the Hartman + Majewski Design Group (H+Mdg) in 2003. H+Mdg is a leading Architectural, Civil Engineering, Interior Design and Planning firm in New Mexico.  He specializes in community focused sustainable projects which include healthcare, laboratory, education, and assisted living centers. He has successfully led the firm on many Federal on-call contracts in New Mexico and throughout the southwest region including contracts for GSA, VA and DOE. He has completed a range of projects including feasibility and programming studies to the complete design of new and renovation projects.

Mike Schlitz
Nuclear Engineer

Mr. Mike Schlitz, a service-disabled veteran, is an engineering management professional with more than 30 years of progressive project management, operations, design and leadership experience.  His professional and academic achievements complement a diversified background of hands-on engineering management.  He has expertise in leading and supervising plant operations with skills in maintenance and operations management and conduct of operations.  Mr. Schlitz has experience in both US Navy and Department of Energy Nuclear programs.   Mr. Schlitz has a B.S. in Human Resources Management, New School for Social Research, a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State College, and an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee. As President of Ingenium, he has led and developed Ingenium into a premier technical and professional consulting company with the staff and infrastructure to successfully staff and managed over $20 Million in federal contracts

Ray Schwaller, P.E.
Lead Civil Engineer

Mr. Schwaller has more than 25 years of broad experience in civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering. Mr. Schwaller has prepared numerous plans for siting, layout, earthwork, operations, infrastructure, site improvements, and related engineering works for multiple facilities. His project locations have included governmental installations (DOE sites - INL, LANL, Rocky Flats, Paducah, and Moab), heavy industrial sites, and municipal complexes, as well as agricultural and remote mountain settings. He has completed numerous planning, design, inspections, assessments, and cost analyses of waste water treatment plants, drainage systems, industrial parks, utility lines, industrial collection systems and ponds, landfills, levees/dikes/dams, hydraulic structures, mine waste repositories, and recreational complexes.  He has also conducted hydrologic modeling to support landfill design, operations, and closures.
