Together, NNM A&E provides the full spectrum of professional planning, environmental, design, construction, and fabrication services unlike any other service provider. Additionally, our team includes several Lower-Tier Subcontractors that bring an added level of expertise.
Lopez Engineering, Inc. (LEI), provides high-quality engineering solutions to meet clients' needs. The multi-disciplined team offers a range of services such as design, system analysis, specialized studies, consulting, and project management for commercial and government clients. Our expertise includes the development of requirements from the start to the completion of a project, with extensive experience in areas such as hydraulics, refrigeration, material handling, conceptual design/cost estimates, high-pressure gas storage and distribution systems, rocket engine test stand design, and engineering buildings, rooms, and systems for chemical, biological, and radiological containment. LEI works in sensitive and highly technical environments, serving clients such as the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, Los Alamos, and Sandia National Laboratories. Our projects include energy management, engineering, and consulting for universities, hospitals, commercial/industrial businesses, and public agencies. The Hartman + Majewski Design Group (DG) is a full-service Architecture, Planning, Engineering, and Interior Design firm located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Design Group is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program and strives to produce healthy buildings while simultaneously providing the highest standards of Architectural design. Our revitalization efforts of historical and older significant buildings, including our own headquarters, have garnered State and National Preservation Awards.
Portage / Northwind provides best-in-class engineering design for nuclear and nonnuclear facilities, engineering construction, and remediation projects requiring the expertise and integration of civil, mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineering disciplines. Portage provides engineering technical, and professional support to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), State, and private industry customers under multiple engineering contracts. Our engineering design experience spans remediation projects; nuclear reactor systems, structures, and components; and infrastructure projects, including vertical construction and building design. The work for the DOE has focused on nuclear facilities design work. Portage’s primary architect/engineering experience has been in support of the Idaho National Laboratory. Portage has also provided engineering and environmental support to DOE’s Los Alamos National Laboratory (MDA B project at TA 21), Hanford site in WA, Waste Isolation Pilot Plant in NM, Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant in KY, and the Moab uranium mill tailings remedial action project in UT, Separations Process Research Unit in NY, and Mound OU-1 in OH.
